If I order "Pay Monthly" plan, can I later switch to "Pay Yearly" or another one?
Yes, you can. You can change your plan (billing period) whenever you want – you should inform us in advance (at least 5 working days). We will issue you a new invoice for the period you've chosen.
If I already have a website (and a registered website address), can I create a new website with Abberry and assign my existing address to it?
You can create a new website with Abberry SiteBuilder and if you want to leave the website address you've already had, there is no problem. We will assign your existing website address (domain name) to a newly created website.
I am starting my business and I don't have any logo of my company (I would like to put in on my website). Could you create a logo for me? How much will it cost?
Yes, we can. Please, write us your wishes and requirements (if you have any) concerning your logo (texts, styles, colours, shapes, etc.). We will agree the price and terms. This is an additional web design service (as a logo, banner design), that is why it's not included in your monthly/yearly price of hosting and domain name. Clients are charged individually (depending on logo complexity and how many versions of the design are provided (prices from €50)). Please, contact us for details.
I've already created a website with SiteBuilder Wizard, put all the information and pictures. Now I want to change my template to another one, how can I do it? Would information on my website be lost?
If you wish to change or modify your website design and contents, you can do easily – no information would be lost. You should open SiteBuilder Wizard of your website and change the design in "2 – Design" step. If no other changes should be applied, just click "Publish" and see your renewed website.
